Alternative to proprietary TeamViewer and AnyDesk. Because of the poor support, I may have to reconsider when it comes time to renew my subscription. For that kind of price increase you'd thing they'd up their game with regards to support. Again, a fairly decent program but their support is horrible! They've raised their price in the last year for a 1 year subscription by quite a bit. They either don't respond at your email at all or if they do it's very vague and of little use. So, far a fairly competent program but their support however is almost nonexistent! Really hit and miss! Recently I've sent them multiple emails through their support forum requesting help and reporting issues.

They've been releasing updates and that seems to be helping with the issues thus far.

Their recent version 5 has had some hiccups and has given me a good amount of trouble - primarily when connecting to Windows servers. I've been using this software for about a year now and for the most part it's worked pretty well.
